TRAINING
Once your system is in place, you'll
not want to waste time learning how to use
it. ESC offers personalized on-site training
and/or web-based. We are available at start
up
as well as down the road. Think of ESC when
you have new employees who need to be
introduced to the system, when you'd like to
learn something new, or if you just need a
brush up on something old.
We also offer report writer training
in a classroom setting. You'll learn the
basics and advanced techniques for the
renowned Crystal Report Writer. The
in-depth course manual is yours to keep for
future reference.
CUSTOM REPORT WRITING
Do you need a specialized report and
don't have time to develop it yourself? Call
ESC for an estimate. We can create the
report for you.
ABRA USER GROUPS
User Group meetings are gatherings of
people in your area who use Abra products.
We meet three times per year in the
Sacramento area.
We are also developing
web-based User Groups for clients in other
areas.
ESC donates our time and expertise to
the User Groups by presenting on topics
chosen by the group, new products, and by
answering any questions you may have about
Abra Suite. It is a great opportunity to
network and share your ideas and

ANNUAL SYSTEM AUDITS
When you renew your Abra Technical
Support through ESC, we provide an on-line
Annual System Audit at no charge. During the
Audit, we review system utilization to
make sure you maximize return on your system
investment.
