WEB-BASED
TRAINING/CONSULTING NOW AVAILABLE
ESC is pleased to announce the availability of web-based training and
consulting services to our customers. Of course, for those who
prefer in person services, we remain available to visit you at your
location. However, for quick fixes and shorter training classes, the new
web-based services might be the solution for you. We are currently
developing a line-up of web-based training classes on an a variety of
topics. Each class will be 2-hours in duration. Please send your
suggestions for topics to

class schedules.

Sage Abra Benefits Connect is an innovative solution that works with
Abra HR. It automatically extracts the employee benefit enrollment data
from the Abra HR database and electronically communicates it to all of
your benefit carriers -- in the formats require by each carrier.

USER GROUPS
We're now bringing Sage Abra User Groups right to your desktop. Join ESC
consultants each quarter for a live demonstration of an Abra topic. Ask
questions and interact with other users and the Abra-Certified
Consultant. Input on topics for future User Groups. ESC
customers receive quarterly invitations to User Groups.
