Physical Media File Submission

California no longer accepts files submitted on physical media
The state of California no longer accepts files submitted on physical media. The file must be zipped and sent to the agency as a file attachment through their website.
Important! Employers must register to use e‐services for California.
The current file format (ICESA) for wage detail reporting did not change.
