The IBS Payroll program is built around the Sage Abra family of Human Resource Management products from Sage Software. This relationship allows for full HR-Payroll integration, even for those companies who wish to "outsource" their payroll processing and tax reporting.

Innovative Business Solutions is located in the Wine Country of Sonoma County, in Northern California. It serves over 1,000 clients, ranging in size from 1 to 1,000 employees. IBS has limited its client base primarily to California employers.
