Implementation
Setup is one of the most critical elements of a successful transition to any new software system. We want your new system up and rolling quickly and smoothly so your organization doesn't miss a beat. ESC will be by your side all the way through the implementation process to make sure it is done correctly the first time.

Training
Once your system is in place, you'll not want to waste time learning how to use it. ESC offers personalized on-site training and/or web-based. We are available at start up as well as down the road. Think of ESC when you have new employees who need to be introduced to the system, when you'd like to learn something new, or if you just need a brush up on something old. We also offer report writer training in a classroom setting. You'll learn the basics and advanced techniques for the renowned Crystal Report Writer. The in-depth course manual is yours to keep for future reference.

Annual System Audits
Each year, Eberhart Software Consulting assists their clients in renewing their annual Business Care (formerly SupportPlus) contract with Sage. During this process we review with clients their current size and software needs. Through this process we are often able to help our clients save money.

Once the Sage Business Care renewal is processed by ESC, we will make an appointment for an online review of your Sage system and your current practices. Our goal is to answer any questions you may have, help to identify any areas for improvement of your usage and efficiency of your software investment. We want you to get more for your money!
